The leadership implies that there is a person who can influence and motivate to the others. A lot of people had told me that I have the gift of leadership but I never took that seriously because i didnt believe it but i remember one leader of mine named Monzerrat that she once told me that i had the gift of leadership but i had a big responsability because I can bring people towards Jesus or away from Jesus. I know that i have to bring people to Jesus but it is hard for me to be an example when i know i am not one. So it is a big challenge that I have as a student leader and how to be a leader to other people...

hahahaa se que se siente ser una de las personas que te ha dicho que tienes el don de LIDERSHIP, y creeme se que no me he equivocado.y si creeme tiene un tremendo reto por delante, ese paso q uno da de pasar a ser lider y talvez negar muchas cosas para darle nuevo paso a otras no es facil pero mira.. al menos en mi caso, algo q me motivo a no se tomarme mas en serio lo de ser lider fue este deicho. " On a stairs with 100 steps, GOD takes 99 of those steps...so that way he gives us the chance to take only the last step." eso le puedes poner muchos significados, pero para mi signifika que si tanto la gente te ha dicho que tienes el don de lider dios va a abrir puertas y mover montañas y oceanos para que tu solamente tengas que decir..ok voy a ser lider! hahaha . te aconsejo que solamente te mentalices y t prepares para ese momento ...q espero llegue pronto ;)
